As a dropshipping marketplace connected to third-party suppliers through AutoDS, we adhere to the return and refund policies set by these suppliers. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing proof of the damage (e.g., photographs).
- Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong product, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures of the incorrect item.
- Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue. If confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must submit a support ticket through our system or contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you based on the supplier’s return policy.
Please ensure the following:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are subject to the supplier’s specific policies, and some items may not be eligible for return.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product has been received by the supplier, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Custom or personalized items
- Intimate goods
- Gift cards
- Sale items
5. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if the item has not yet been processed by the supplier. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. For cancellation requests, please submit a support ticket immediately.
