How Do I Request a Refund?

Steps to Request a Refund

1. Log in to Your Account

• Visit the My Account Dashboard.

• Go to Orders and find the order you wish to refund.

• Select the order and click Request Refund if available.

2. Open a Support Ticket

• If the refund option isn’t visible, submit a ticket through our Support Portal with the order details and reason for the refund request.

3. Wait for Refund Confirmation

• We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and send an email confirmation once it’s approved. If further information is required, we’ll reach out to you via the ticket system.

Refund Processing Time

Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing Time: It can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
