How Do I Initiate a Return or Exchange?

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Log in to Your Account

• Visit the My Account Dashboard.

2. Go to the Orders Section

• Click on Orders to view your order history.

3. Select the Order You Wish to Return or Exchange

• Find the relevant order and click “Request Return” or “Exchange” if available.

4. Submit Your Request

• Follow the instructions to print your return label, if applicable.

• If the option is not available, submit a Support Ticket with your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.

What Happens Next?

1. Return Shipping

• Ship the item back using the return label, if provided.
