Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size or Color?

How to Exchange an Item

1. Log in to Your Account

• Visit the My Account Dashboard.

2. Select the Order You Wish to Exchange

• Navigate to the Orders section and choose the relevant order.

3. Request an Exchange

• If available, click “Exchange” and select the new size or color you want.

• If the option isn’t available, open a Support Ticket with your order details.

4. Send the Original Item Back

• Print the return label provided and ship the item within 7 days.

• Exchanges are only processed once the original item is received.
